This policy outlines the terms of payments, cancellations, and refunds applicable to our paid consulting services, project retainers, strategic reports, and other engagements.
1. Scope of Policy
This policy applies to all paid offerings by X-Ciel Consulting, including but not limited to:
- Business consulting retainers
- Research reports and deliverables
- Licensing and compliance documentation
- Brand strategy and market entry services
- Advisory sessions or packaged consulting plans
2. Payment Terms
- Payments are to be made in advance as per the terms defined in the proposal or invoice.
- Typically, a agreed value in advance is required to initiate the project.
- Remaining balance is due upon completion of deliverables or based on predefined milestones.
- Payment methods accepted: Bank Transfer, UPI, Credit/Debit Card (via secured gateways), or other agreed methods.
- All amounts are payable in INR or USD (as applicable) and are non-refundable unless specifically stated.
3. Cancellations by Client
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@x-ciel.com.
- If cancellation occurs before project initiation, a partial refund (up to 80%) may be granted after deducting administrative or processing charges.
- If cancellation occurs after work has begun, refund eligibility will be determined based on the portion of work completed.
4. Cancellations by X-Ciel
- X-Ciel Consulting reserves the right to cancel a project or engagement if the client fails to provide required inputs, delays payment, or breaches terms.
- In such cases, work completed up to the date of cancellation will be billed proportionately.
- Any remaining balance (if any) will be refunded after deducting applicable charges.
